Soto Bandung's Recipe

Here is a recipe for Soto Bandung you can make at home. Warm broth will give its own freshness. Pas enjoyed during the cold air with the family.

Material:
* 500 grams of beef brisket, boiled until tender and dice.
* 200 g turnips, peeled, thinly sliced and then boiled and drained.
* 2 liter beef broth.
* 50 grams of soy and white, soaked until fluffy, cooked drained and then fried.

* 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed.
* 5 cloves garlic, crushed.
* 2 cm ginger, crushed.
* 1 teaspoon salt.
* ½ teaspoon ground pepper.
* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
* 1 leek, finely sliced.
* 2 tablespoons fried shallots.


How to make:

1. Heat the vegetable oil, saute garlic until fragrant.

2. Enter the broth, lemon grass and ginger, stir and amsak until boiling.

3. Enter the beef, salt and pepper, stir and cook until cooked meat. Lift.

4. Prepare a bowl, put radishes, fried soybeans, green onion and celery and then flush with gravy. Sprinkle fried onions. Serve warm. (Ayahbunda)
