Fried Satay Ringin Kronggahan

Monday, April 5, 2010, I along with Indra and his wife had lunch at Pak Tris goat satay/ sate stall Kronggahan. We deliberately had lunch at this stall because they want to enjoy the delights of cooking satay Pak Tris legendary in Yogyakarta.
Warung Sate Pak Tris situated in the hamlet Kronggahan, Mlati, Sleman. It lies west of the terminal Jombor up to meet the middle fork is ringin trees, and small shops near the junction that Pak Tris earlier if the direction Jombor]. Therefore sate Pak Tris also known as satay ringin.

Goat satay stall Pak Tris Kronggahan pioneered by Mr. Sutrisno Hadipandoyo in 1978, and since 1980 began selling satay, fried earlier still selling like grilled satay satay stall the other. Meanwhile, broil gastronomy is a legacy handed down from mBah Wongsoredjo which is the grandfather Sir Sutrisno.

Satay stall presents tongseng menu, curry, satay tengkleng and of course fried as its flagship. WWarung began to open at 7 am, and visitors are very crowded when the lunch hour. This shop customers come from various circles, including some government officials in Sleman. When we came to be seen several employees with uniforms was enjoying his lunch.

When we arrived, the atmosphere is very crowded by the buyers stall, lucky to still get a seat despite having to share a table with visitors who come first. We then ordered our lunch, I ordered satay and fried meat tongseng, Indra ordered tongseng and curry goat's head, while Wida [wife of Indra] ordered fried skewers of meat like me.

No need to wait too long, our order has arrived and laid on the table. This fast service due to one Pak Tris cook could cook for 10 servings, thus saving time and facilitate dose marinade. We were soon enjoying our lunch to order each one, I enjoy cooking and tongseng sate, and had tasted the curry order Indra.

In my opinion, satay and fried tongseng in this shop feels special, tender meat, no odor and marinade prengus feels good on my tongue, nyamleng. Not my loss behind Stand up for invites Indra and his wife came to this stall.

After eating, I pay for our lunch. For lunch the three of which consisted of 2 servings tongseng, the portion of satay cooking and serving of curry and white rice and drinks, spending money of 50 thousand, very cheap. Apparently a portion of tongseng / sate / curry plus white rice is only Rp. 9000.00.
